Responsibilities: 1) Produce, distribute, and manage technical project-related information. 2) Analyzes needs and constructs and implements decision-support-based applications. 3) Assists business and technical professionals in the analysis and assessment of a variety of business areas and processes. 4) Ascertains business area readiness for change to new business processes and identifies appropriate implementation measures. 5) Develop project team emails to update the team regarding changes, new processes, collaborate, and prepare for the requirements discovery sessions, and conduct user story documentation, with Stakeholders and department executive staff. 6) Act as a liaison between TPD, ITD, 3rd Party Project Manager, for application integrations, enhancements, and development using ITIL process. 7) Work requires contact with developers, information systems analysts, end users, and department executives. 8) Compose correspondence and technical documents in addition to other reasonable project delivery services as necessary for the selected TxDOT projects. 9) Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders. |
